1. Do you sell original editions or reprints?
We sell both original editions and high quality reproduction publications.

2. Are your reproduction publications photo copied?
Absolutely not! We use the latest commercial book printing technology available in the industry to produce the highest quality reproductions possible. The papers, inks, bindery adhesives, etc., have come a long way in over 100 years. Believe it or not, some of our publications, and especially photographs, have reproduced better than the originals!

3. Do you share my personal information with anyone?
The protection of your privacy is extremely important to us, therefore, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. What method of payment do you accept from domestic (United States) clients?
We accept the following methods of payment:
A. Credit cards through our secure website:

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • American Express
  • Discover

  • Credit Card
B. PayPal paid to:     info@superstrengthtraining.com
    PayPal
    If you don't have a PayPal account, go to PayPal.com to set one up.
C. Postal payments by:

  • Personal or cashiers check made out to Bill Hinbern
  • Bank or Postal Money Order made out to Bill Hinbern
  • Western Union
  • U.S. paper currency.

  • If you must send US paper currency, we highly recommend
    sending it by insured mail. And, please, do not send coins.
5. Who pays sales tax?
Orders paid by credit card through our secure website and billed to a Michigan address shall have sales tax automatically added at checkout. Orders paid by other than credit card and received from a Michigan address must have sales tax added to the order before shipping and handling by the client on the order form.

6. Do you accept International (foreign) orders?
Yes! We are proud to say that we accept International orders.

7. What method of payment do you accept from International (foreign) clients?
We accept the following methods of payment:

8. Do you accept C.O.D.?
Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D.

9. My attempt to order by credit card through your secure website has FAILED. Why?
Because we use the latest technology for the highest security to protect our clients, there are a number of reasons why a credit card order may have been DECLINED. The following are the most common reasons, the first being the most common.

  • The billing address provided does not match the address on file with the card issuing bank.
  • Please make note, the BILLING address may be different from the SHIPPING address.
  • The credit card number provided does not exist.
  • The name provided does not match the name of the cardholder.
  • The expiration date provided does not match the expiration date of the credit card.
  • The cardholder may be required to make a payment before further credit card purchases can be approved.


  • In all the above cases, it is the clients responsibility to double check the information on the billing statement of the credit cardholder and enter the information again. Please email us if you have any difficulty at all ordering through our secure website. Thank you!
10. How fast will you ship my order?
We get all orders processed and in the mail as fast as possible, usually within 24 hours from the time they are received. Most orders are shipped the same day, Monday thru Friday, with the exception of legal holidays!

11. What method do you use to ship domestic (United States) orders?
Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.

12. How long does it take to receive my order in the U.S.?
Delivery time by USPS Priority Mail is about 3 business days (Monday thru Friday with the exception of legal holidays) from the day your order is received.

13. On your shopping cart checkout page, why do you offer only domestic shipping under “Choose a shipping method”?
Domestic shipping is normally an exclusive shipping and handling method for United States "ship to" addresses only. However, the cost to ship International (foreign) orders may vary drastically from country to country. For example, it costs over twice as much to ship the same item to Great Britain as it does to Canada. Therefore, all clients are required to use “domestic shipping” no matter where in the world they wish to have their order shipped. Any additional shipping and handling costs shall be added here by us at the time that the order is processed. Bill Hinbern and SuperStrengthTraining.com reserves the right to adjust the amount for shipping and handling. If you have any questions regarding this process, please email us. Thank you!

14. What method do you use to ship International (foreign) orders?
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.

15. How long does it take to receive an International order?
Delivery time by USPS Priority Mail International can take 21 to 31 business days (Monday thru Friday with the exception of legal holidays) from the day your order is received. Please consider the fact that packages may be held up in customs in the country of destination.

16. Will you check "gift" on my package so that I can avoid paying customs duty?
Absolutely not! First, we will not under any circumstances commit fraud by checking “gift” on a package. Secondly, we enclose an invoice with all orders. Should postal inspectors inspect your package, they may confiscate it and we may both be subject to a fine.

17. Can I return an item that I decide I do not want?
Please read our Return Policy.

18. Can I purchase individual items that are sold in groups on your website?
Yes! Please email or write to us for details.

19. Do you have a paper mailorder catalog?
Yes! We still have our World Famous Super Strength Training Mail Order Catalog available. Please email or write to us with your full name and mailing address and we will send a copy to you.

20. Why haven’t I received your Super Strength Training Mail Order Catalog in the mail lately?
We get this question often, especially after we make a mailing and get catalogs returned with the disappointing Return to Sender stamped on it in red by the USPS. There are a variety of reasons for mail to be returned. Here is a list of the most common:

  • Attempted, Not Known
  • Box Closed
  • Insufficient Address
  • Moved, Left No Address
  • No Such Number
  • No Such Street
  • Not Deliverable as Addressed
    -- Unable to Forward
  • Refused
  • Unclaimed
So, to avoid this unfortunate situation and to receive our catalogs regularly, always keep your mailing information up to date with us. Please email or write to us directly with your new mailing address. Please DO NOT rely on the United States Postal Service to change your mailing address as they are extremely busy delivering mail.

21. Do you have items for sale that are not listed on your website or in your mailorder catalog?
Yes! Occasionally we obtain items through purchases or trade. Please email or write to us for a listing.

22. I signed up for your Super Strength Training Online Newsletter but haven’t received one yet.

The following are the most common reasons, the first being the most common.

  • Your spam filters rejected our emails.
  • Please turn off your sensitive spam filters.

  • You provided the wrong email address.
  • Please email us with your full name and email address.

  • You have changed your email address and forgot to inform us.
